The Pecan Pie Scarf is finished.
And my dad is home from the hospital. He responded well to his treatment. Thank you for your healing thoughts and prayers.
What knitting projects are you working on? What book(s) are you reading?
I've been out of the blogging loop for a little while, so I didn't know your Dad was in the hospital. I'm glad he's okay!
I'm rereading "A Discovery of Witches" by Deborah Harkness. The second book in the series just came out, but it's been so long that I needed a refresher. It's a really good supernatural romance/mystery. :)

Congratulations to your dad. I'm glad he's doing well.
I was just thinking today that I should write an email telling you I suspect you'd enjoy the novel I'm reading. It's new -- Gold by Chris Cleave -- and is about three British Olympic track cyclists all aiming to compete in the 2012 Games.

Happy to hear your dad is out of the hospital, and may he continue to do well. The Pecan Pie scarf looks soft and cushy- watch out or the cats will claim it!

I am so glad your dad is well and out of hospital and well done with the scarf!!! I am reading a medieval murder mystery for want of something better. It's not bad.

I'm happy you are still knitting by the sea, and that your dad is doing well. Being in the hospital is no fun for anyone, sick or well. Right now, I'm reading "The Dovekeepers" and listening to "11.22.63" and enjoying both of them a lot.
