Our Charlie cat passed away yesterday morning. Chris and I are heartbroken but it is a relief not to see him suffer anymore.
Please hug your furry loved ones extra tight today for us, and keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
Oh, sweetie. {Deb!!!!}
You and Chris and Timmy are in our thoughts.

I am sooooo sorry to hear of Charlie's passing - it's an impossible thing to go through - but stay strong and have faith that your baby isn't hurting any longer. If there's anything any of us can do, your internet family is right here with you - feeling your pain.

So sorry. It's a horrible wrenching feeling, I know.
Just think of all the good he managed in his too short orange life.
You were a great spokescat Charlie.

Oh, honey, I am so sorry.
While it is heartbreaking, your Charlie is no longer suffering and is now at peace. You did everything you could for him and gave him a happy, safe and loving family to call his own.
When that tiny voice of guilt calls to you, please remember how much you did for him and know that you and Chris were the best cat parents you could be.
Precious and I are sending cat hair covered love to you all. *hugs*

I am so very sorry for Charlie's passing, Debby. Cats know how to leave the party with their dignity intact, so I'm sure it was the right time for him to go before his pain became unbearable to all of you, but it's awfully hard to say goodbye. I wish you all peace and time to remember all the good moments you had with him over the years.

My deepest sympathy to both of you on the loss of Charlie. Even though you knew it was going to come, it's so hard when it finally does. I know you have some fabulous memories of Charlie, and they will get you through this difficult time. The measure of your sadness is the depth of your love. (hugs)

And still does, I believe. ::hugs::

Oh, Debby. I've been there. That strange, painful combination of relief and sorrow. I am so sorry. Why do we do this to ourselves? I noticed last week that Dyson was beginning to look like an old cat.
We do it because we need to love and be loved. Have a hug.

Oh Debby- Our hearts go out to you, Chris and Timmy. Irreplaceable is absolutely correct. I've hugged the girls and buried my faces in the bellies (always goes over well--LOL) in Charlie's memory. May you remember the beauty of a single paw, the perfection of a nap in a sunbeam and that amazing personality "quirk" that he convinced you was not annoying but cute. Thoughts of hand baths and wet noses-LG, Millie and Bailey.
