I've shown you the yarn. Here are some other Project-Spectrum themed photos of the pink and green in my life (click to enlarge):
The Cycling Pinks
The Literary Pinks
The Literary Greens
The Pink & Green Journals
The Seashore Pinks
A Pink & Green Shelf Display
Pink Entertainment -- The Movie that is the Metaphor for My Life (and not because of the title)
Pink Beauty -- Note New Pink Hairdryer (Chris' idea)! Pink Train Case is filled with mostly Pink Nail Polish
Pink Purse Collection (and a few other accessories)
Pink Ears & Nose (pink pawpads not shown)
Other Pink Not Shown: garden tools & baking bowls (from friend C, alias "Pell Mell Pink", the pink enabler), bathrobe, pink & green quilt my mom made for me, pink summer shoe collection currently stored in attic. I have a lot of green gardening books that were too hard to photograph, and though I like yellow, I don't seem to own anything in that color that is picture-worthy.
You may be wondering about things that are Not Pink? Because you can have too much of a good thing, and the three males you live with might protest:
Our house (though my bedroom while growing up was pink), my car, my computer (I wish Apple sold the Macbooks in pink!), my hair (I wanted pink cellophane in high school, but mom said no), and the bike rack for my car (Saris came out with a pink one after we bought ours. Rats. It would clash with the car, though).
I hope you had as much fun looking at these photos as I had taking them (with Chris' help). It was a nice diversion from the house projects, which are all done now!! Other than giving the house a good cleaning, we're ready to think about our bike ride tomorrow in NYC. And I really miss my (pink) knitting.
Have a great weekend!
Looks like you really are "in the pink!" (Sorry, bad joke.) Great pictures, though.

I look at (and enjoy) many Project Spectrum posts. And may I just say...no one does them like you, girl!!!!!! Love 'em! By the time you work through the entire spectrum, I fully expect to understand color once and for all. I'm somewhat "hue challenged." Thanks for the inspiration.

Growing up I always used to say "Pink is for Patty".
Well Debbie, you are my sister in pink.
I love the way you put your pink and green pictures together. Oh so much great fun!
Congratulations on getting you house done. You guys have put a lot of work into it. You deserve to get away and go play.
Enjoy your weekend!

So, do you like pink a little bit? :) Great photos, as always!

I think you have more pink than I do. (I was going to photograph my pink yarn for you, but I kept putting it off. I still will. Maybe I'll have time this week. I'm scared.)
I saw a hank of LL Helen's Lace in Tickled Pink at the yarn store in Austin. I almost bought it, but found some other laceweight that I had to have. Now I wish I had gotten both!

I love your PS theme pictures! They are so much fun. Hmm, I'm going to have to watch PiPink again now. :) Hey, there's some site where you can buy "tattoos"/skins for your notebook computer - I wonder if you can turn your Mac pink that way?! ;)

Wow!! So much pink!! I know about colour enthusiasms: I love green!! You cannot have too much of a good thing and you are kind to let some other colours sneak in!! Happy cycling!!!

How ironic! I just put together a pink and green treasury on Etsy yesterday! Love the movie Pretty in Pink. It pretty much sums up my high school experience. :)

I love those photos, especially the shells. I am blown away by the pink purse collection, too! Perhaps if you could find a pink car, a pink bike rack would work. Hmmm. . . you could put a pink bike rack on a few different colors of car. . . not just pink. . . food for thought.

That is a lot of pink. I like the pink purse collection. I'd find it difficult to come up with a purse collection let alone a monochrome one!

Very nice photos! I love the sea shells. Did you collect them yourself from the seashore?

The photos were great! Thanks for sharing them. How was the bike ride in NYC?
