I'm nearly finished knitting the rosettes for this scarf, twelve pink and twelve magenta. It's time to choose buttons that will fasten them to the scarf and serve as the flower centers.
In a cold-and-decongestant-induced haze (Hello allergy season! Are you here so soon?), I looked at what seemed like a hundred different buttons in the craft store before I narrowed it down to these...
...and pearls, which the store didn't have in the size I needed, so hopefully you can visualize them.
Which do you prefer? I think I know my preference, but would love your opinion. I'll include a pattern photo so you can get a better idea of the finished look.
Have a great weekend, and if you are in the U.S., Happy Labor Day. Hope you've got something fun and relaxing planned for our last day of summer.
I like what you've picked out and I think that's what I'd use if I were making it. But I think if you're looking to make this an ultra chic wrap, you might want pearls because they would fade more into the backdrop of the rose.

Well - me, being me, I'd use them both. Either light on dark and vice versa, or light on light, dark on dark. You could even add a few pearl ones too.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of these choices! Honestly, I like the tonal idea, but pearls would be beautiful, too.
This is going to be a simply stunning finished project.

That is a tough choice! I think I would go with both buttons, light on light and dark on dark.

I find others have already said what I would use - light on dark and dark on light. 'twill be very nice.
